Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. made-to-order drapery)

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, contact us before starting a return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order separately after your return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
